Victoria County United Way Day of Caring 2014

More than 230 people gathered Aug. 28 at Swan Crossing in Victoria to not only kick off Victoria County United Way’s fundraising season, but also to kick off the building of two Habitat homes. In one day, volunteers were able to frame both houses – an accomplishment that would normally take six weeks.

Thank you to all of the United Way volunteers for making such a large impact in Habitat’s mission to build homes, community and hope.
