Advancement Director
Holly Marshall

Holly Marshall is our Advancement Director and began working for Habitat in November of 2019. She has a BA in Business Administration and Management and is currently working toward her CFRE. She is originally from McAllen, TX but moved to Victoria in 2019. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves the outdoors, whether it’s soaking up the sun by the pool or working in her flower beds or playing with the family goats! “Habitat allows me to work in the nonprofit world, using my gifts to serve God and others. I am looking forward to building relationships, hope, and homes alongside Habitat families.”

Donations Ambassador
HW McRae
HW has worked in the Habitat ReStore for over 6 years. Born in Victoria, he moved to Gonzalez and attended Gonzalez High School. In his spare time, HW enjoys hunting. “I like working at Habitat because it makes me feel good helping people.”

Repair Construction Manager*

Lisa Jones is the Repair Construction Manager and has been with Habitat since November of 2018. She has a BA in History from Texas A&M University and is from Refugio, TX. She spends her free time with her kids and family, cooking, traveling, and doing stained glass. “I enjoy working for Habitat because it allows me to serve my community in a unique way while bringing joy to so many.”

Family Services Coordinator

Cheryl Johnston is the Family Services Coordinator and has been with us since 2016. She is originally from Uvalde, TX and she enjoys spending her free time with her family. “To be able to help families through the homeowner process and to see them get a new home is such a blessing and so rewarding. To see God’s love shine through the mission of Habitat is so amazing.”

Construction Manager*

April Sobotik is our Construction Director and has been working at Habitat since 2018. She is from Hallettsville, TX and enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and outdoor activities. “I enjoy working at Habitat because of our missions. It’s nice working with the community and building safe homes for the children.”

Warehouse Associate
Ricci DeLeon
Ricci has worked in the Habitat ReStore since January of 2015. He was born in Cuero,TX and lived in the surrounding counties growing up. He attended Bloomington High School and graduated in 1998. In his spare time he likes fishing, working on cars, and cleaning his guns. “I like to work at Habitat because the work I do goes to helping others in our community.”

ReStore Manager

James Fikac is the ReStore Manager and has been with us since 2018. He was born and raised in Victoria, left the area for a while but has made Victoria his home. James attended Stroman High School and Victoria College. “Habitat is about helping and growing our community. Especially the ReStore where all proceeds benefit the mission of the Golden Crescent Habitat for Humanity.”

Cassie Pustejovsky is our Advancement Assistant and began working at Habitat in 2018. She has a BS in Animal Science from Texas A&M University and is a Victoria native. In her free time she loves to read, listen to music, watch moves, bake, and enjoy the outdoors. “I love the mission of Habitat and being part of an awesome team that makes a difference in our community.”
