Core volunteers help manage the job site and teach other volunteers as they go. This group is made up of our most experienced, frequent volunteers, each having completed Habitat's competency training.
To become a core volunteer, you'll need to:
- Notify our Engagement Specialist
- Be involved with Habitat for at least 6 months
- Complete Habitat competency training
- Bring prior construction experience
- Be willing to teach and support other volunteers on-site
