Ramp Up Victoria

Program Overview

Funding for Ramp Up Victoria is being provided from the Victoria's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) entitlement. The Program reflects the guidelines and administrative requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Eligibility

Eligible applicants must be low- to moderate-income homeowners as defined by HUD (Section 8 definitions). A low- to moderate-income homeowner has an annual household income of 80 percent or less of the City’s median household income, adjusted for household size.
